This drink is lovely, but the recipe doesn’t explaine/describe the froth on top.
The drink has 3 layers when you are being served, then you stir it and becomes a Mediterranean type of Irish coffee. Very nice to have after a dinner instead of a desert.

The froth on the top is from the crema of the espresso.
